PAYMENT

We accept payments by credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay and Paypal.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

Purchases made using Afterpay are subject to the Afterpay Terms and Conditions.

Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your financial institution. 

FRAUD

By registering online with Lilly Jeans, you agree that all of the details you supply to Lilly Jeans are correct and accurate. As the accuracy of all personal details provided by users cannot be confirmed, Lilly Jeans takes no responsibility for the inaccuracy of details and/or the false identity of any user. Lilly Jeans reserves its rights to take any applicable and available legal action against you for fraudulent, misleading and deceptive conduct.

GST & TAXES

The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia.

International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise.

We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

TERMS OF SALE

All purchases via the website are transacted in Australian dollars.

Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing for your order is as agreed to at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email. Reduction in price and promotional discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases, and as stated no amendments can be made to your order once it has been submitted.

Goods are subject to availability. An order for goods is accepted at the time of entering of your credit card details. Payment will be validated and accepted real time. If a good/ goods you have ordered is/are out of stock, you shall be notified as soon as possible, and your payment will be refunded to the payment method used to complete the transaction.

Lilly Jeans reserves the right to amend and update promotional activity on the website without notice. Please note, no changes or amendments can be made to an order once it has been submitted. This includes any request to cancel the order.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until payment is validated and will be detailed on the invoice. Lilly Jeans reserves the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may include but is not limited to:

The product ordered is unavailable from stock

The inability to obtain authorisation of payment

The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

Effort is made to accurately depict the colours of all products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, there is no guarantee that the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements stated are approximate sizes and measurements and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

RETURNS

Lilly Jeans wants to make sure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, which is why we offer the following Policies;

Replacement

  • If the item does not fit you. (This does not include Sale Items).
    – Please notify us within 14days (within Australia) and 21days (Internationally) of the order (include proof of purchase).
    – A replacement of the same product will be provided as long as the size and colour is available.
    Please note that shipping charges will be covered by customer.
  • If the item purchased is faulty.
    – Please notify us within 14days (within Australia) and 21days (Internationally) of the order (include proof of purchase).
    – Please contact info@lillyjeans with details and include a photograph of the fault. Once the item has been inspected and your claim has been approved, Lilly Jeans will be in contact within 3days to confirm replacement. 
    – A replacement of the same product will be provided as long as the size and colour is available. 

**Please note that all Replacements are FINAL and can only be replaced once**

Online Credit

  • If you have simply changed your mind (This does not include Sale Items).
    – Please notify us within 14days (within Australia) and 21days (Internationally) of the order (include proof of purchase).
    Please note that shipping charges will be covered by customer
  • If the item purchased is faulty and customer choses Online Credit instead of refund (This does not include Sale Items).
    – Please notify us within 14days (within Australia) and 21days (Internationally) of the order (include proof of purchase).
    – Please contact info@lillyjeans.com with details and include a photograph of the faulty item. Once the item has been inspected and your claim has been approved, Lilly Jeans will be in contact within 3days to confirm Online Credit.

Credit Notes cannot be returned or refunded and are valid for 12mths from the date of Issue.

Refund

Lilly Jeans will be inspecting every garment carefully and with precision prior to shipping. In the
unlikelihood of a product being delivered faulty, we will gladly provide a refund provided:

  • We are notified within 14days (within Australia) and 21days (Internationally) from the order date of the fault at info@lillyjeans with details and include a photograph of the faulty item. Once the item has been inspected and your claim has been approved, Lilly Jeans will be in contact within 3days to confirm Refund. (Include proof of purchase). (This does not include Sale Items).

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice, however, we can provide you with a replacement or a credit note as stated in the Replacement and Online Credit section.

Further to the above, please note that in order for us to accept the return items, it must meet the below requirements:

– The item is returned to us within 14 days from Approval Date.
– Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff.
– The item is in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by customer (including makeup and spray tan).
– Items must be returned with all tags still attached and in original packaging.
– Bodysuits or swimwear must have the hygiene sticker in place.

Failure to honour our return policy, will result in the item being sent back with charges payable by the customer. 

SALE ITEMS cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. If the fault has been approved, only a credit note will be provided. We DO NOT provide any refunds on FINAL SALE ITEMS.

LILLY JEANS is not liable for the loss of clothing in return transit. We recommend you use traceable delivery method and noting down your tracking number.
